Ce projet a été terminé en Aout 2016. Le porteur de projet ne souhaitait pas de local et le minimum de nuisance sonore possible dû au placement de la piste BMX dans un parc. La gamme 100% électrique était la seule solution répondant à ces exigences et parfaitement appréciée par la municipalité qui va s’occuper de l’entretien total de l’infrastructure.

Ce projet a été terminé en Septembre 2016 et regroupes toutes les qualités d’une piste de BMX Race moderne, incluant une rampe Challenge de cinq mètres, une piste au format UCI et une grille de départ 100% électrique. Le coffret de départ est placé sur le côté de la grille et le seul local de l’infrastructure ne dispose d’aucun appareil liée à la grille (Pas de compresseur, pas de coffret de départ)

Composed of only 5 concrete plots, the whole structure is both light & sturdy.

That 2-rider safety gate has been made for an indoor Cycling facility in Australia. They chose to order a 100% electric gate for its benefits about low-maintenance and very low noise.

We have sent the 2-rider gate complety ready to use in order to facilitate the installation on site. (Size of the palet: 2000x1000x2250mm)

That project has been finished in November 2015 and regroups all the modern parts of BMX Racing, including 5m starthill, track with new UCI formats and our pneumatic gate. All the Prostart system has been installed in order to give the most of comfort than possible to users.

Starter area at the outside and access ramp at the inside in order to circulate around the gate even if it is up or down.

That project has been finished in May 2016 and its the Third full Prostart gate in the US. We started to talk with the track operator in March, they ordered the gate in April and 4 weeks later we was on site to install everything.

The concrete pit was well realized and the final result is great. With PROEVENT Race Display and PROTRAINING Timing System, that club has everything in their hand to become on of the best tracks in the US.

That project has been finished in September 2016 and it was the furthest project in the whole life of Prostart company. Thanks to the help of Glenn Codega, track operator and coach of the club, we have got the contract in March 2016 in order to install the first 100% electric gate in Australia and Oceania.

Our 100% electric gate doesn’t use any compressor and big control room, only the E-BOX at the side of the gate in a compact container.

That project has been finished in June 2016 and it is the first version of the new Prostart Straight Gate “Olympic Edition”

The best advantage of the 100% electric range is its amazing motion accuracy. Even if the weather conditions are cold, hot, wet, dry… The drop of the gate will be exactly the same. It’s simply the best for top riders looking to improve each details of their starting skills.

That gate has been used in July 2016 for the French national championship by the Junior Men, Elite Women & Elite Men.

That project has been finished in June 2016 and it was the biggest project for Prostart ever. Manage the realization of a complete starthill, from foundation to small details, was very educational and interesting. The installation of the starthill has been done in less than 10 weeks, from concrete foundation preparation to the installation of the draining concrete at the bottom of the starthill.

That installation can be used during any weather conditions and with the choice of concrete, it will last forever.

Project realised in August 2016 with the installation of a 100% electric safety gate. That projet didn’t want to have any storage and wanted the minimum of noise due to its location in a green park so the electric solution was the most adapted. There is no compressor or control room closed to the gate, only the E-BOX at the side of the gate.
